About the Role
Experience: 2+ years
This role ensures merchants move to Loop smoothly by owning the technical side of onboarding and subscription data migration. You will manage end-to-end migration workflows, support onboarding specialists, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high data accuracy with zero-error execution. The role blends backend operations, basic scripting, Shopify know-how, testing, and documentation — ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data, and enabling seamless merchant go-lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding — Collaborate with onboarding specialists to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth merchant onboarding
- Data Migration — Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate subscription data from their previous platform to Loop with no data loss or errors
- Technical Support — Provide technical support to clients during onboarding, addressing issues promptly
- Documentation — Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration processes, and troubleshooting guides for fast resolution
- Quality Assurance — Conduct thorough testing to ensure no escalations or issues after merchant go-live
- Shopify Expertise — Leverage knowledge of Shopify to help merchants implement custom requirements as expected
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
- Proficiency in Excel and Python scripts
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required
