Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.

About the Role
Experience: Open (hiring 1 Executive + 1 Manager)
You will build and grow strategic partnerships across high-growth ecosystems in the US and Europe. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you will work closely with founders, sales, marketing, and product to expand Loop's reach through joint initiatives, co-marketing, and ecosystem collaborations. Your work will directly influence market presence, lead generation, and long-term partner engagement.
Note: We are hiring 2 people for the partnerships team — one Executive level and one Manager level.
Key Responsibilities
- •Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with Loop's business goals
- •Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives, influencers, and decision-makers
- •Plan, execute, and optimise joint campaigns — co-marketing, events, content, and community engagements
- •Align partners on shared KPIs related to lead generation, opportunities, and pipeline
- •Drive partner enablement through training, support, and ongoing communication
- •Host and organise webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and virtual events with partners
- •Track partner performance, share insights, and iterate for growth
- •Represent Loop at online/offline events and stay updated on ecosystem and market trends
Ideal Profile
- •Experience in Partnerships, SaaS Sales, Account Management, or ecosystem development
- •Prior experience managing external stakeholders, agencies, or clients in a relationship-driven role
- •Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
- •Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on video calls and email outreach
- •Socially active on LinkedIn/Twitter and aware of cultural nuances across regions
- •Comfortable working EST hours
