Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.

About the Role
Experience: 1–2+ years
You will be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying high-quality prospects, running outbound outreach, and generating qualified opportunities. This role blends research, personalised messaging, and proactive relationship-building across channels including LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
Key Responsibilities
- •Make lists of qualified prospects from various databases
- •Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- •Write copy personalised to the needs of each prospect
- •Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- •Leverage existing merchant relationships to find more leads
- •Build partnerships with other businesses in the ecosystem
- •Directly responsible for new MRR addition
Ideal Profile
- •1–2+ years of experience in a sales development role in B2B companies in US/UK market (outbound sales experience preferred)
- •Hands-on experience with multiple sales channels including LinkedIn, emails, and cold calls
- •Strong hustler with very crisp written and verbal communication skills
