About the Role

Looking ahead, we are building the team and foundation to drive another 2x growth in 2026 as we accelerate toward our $50M goal.
Responsibilities
- Own technology initiatives and feature sprints, ensuring timely releases
- Architect, design, and maintain the technology stack and infrastructure for the assigned suite of products
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmap priorities and continuously innovate and evolve Loop’s platform
- Create and maintain documentation for technical infrastructure, APIs, and feature implementations
- Encourage a documentation-first approach across the team
- Drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Identify and introduce new technologies that elevate the platform
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong experience developing applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
- Strong experience working with SQL databases, preferably MySQL
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience designing new solutions and system architectures
- Experience with CI/CD automation
- Experience with cloud-computing technologies and services, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS)
