About Loop

Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.

We are scaling rapidly, driven by a strong product and exceptional merchant experience. We achieved ~3x growth in 2024, followed by nearly 3x growth again in 2025. Looking ahead, we are building the team and foundation to drive another 2x growth in 2026 as we accelerate toward our $50M goal.

Our DNA

  • High Agency — action over instruction
  • High Ethics — trust is the foundation
  • Positive Attitude — solutions over excuses
  • Impact-Driven — if it doesn't move the needle, it doesn't matter

About the Role

Experience: 4–7 years

Our buyers research on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and peer communities long before they speak with Sales. You will ensure Loop shows up across these channels with content worth following—not repetitive product announcements.

This is a hands-on role. You will set the social and content strategy and demonstrate its impact in pipeline terms. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and our leadership team, whose personal profiles form an important part of the channel.

You will own social media end-to-end—from strategy and content creation to publishing and pipeline reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own the social strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and relevant communities, aligned with monthly and quarterly marketing goals
  • Run a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, events, and sales priorities
  • Write, produce, and publish posts, carousels, short-form videos, polls, LinkedIn newsletters, and LinkedIn Events
  • Repurpose existing assets—including webinars, case studies, reports, customer calls, and sales decks—into social-native content
  • Brief and manage designers, video editors, and freelancers while ensuring all content remains on-brand
  • Identify relevant industry conversations early and quickly determine whether Loop should participate
  • Run the executive social programme by ghostwriting or co-writing posts for the CEO and two to three other leaders
  • Build an employee-advocacy programme that makes it easy for Sales and other teams to share content and publish posts
  • Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and direct messages
  • Route sales signals and customer-support issues to the appropriate teams
  • Participate in groups, communities, and creator conversations where our buyers spend time
  • Build relationships with industry creators and partners for collaborations and co-marketing initiatives
  • Track performance weekly and report monthly on leads, influenced pipeline, reach, engagement, follower growth, and traffic from the ICP
  • Use social listening and competitor benchmarks to continuously refine the strategy
  • Share audience questions, objections, and insights with Product Marketing and Sales

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in social media marketing, including at least two years in B2B
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services is preferred
  • A portfolio of B2B social content that you created or led, along with the results it generated
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and X, including content distribution, company pages, newsletters, LinkedIn Events, and Campaign Manager
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to explain complex products in clear, engaging language and switch between brand and executive voices
  • Hands-on paid-social experience, including reporting on cost per lead and pipeline contribution
  • Comfort working with data, including setting up UTMs, reading dashboards, and connecting social activity with CRM outcomes
  • Experience helping executives build their personal brands
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders without missing deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or the Shopify app ecosystem
  • Short-form video skills, including scripting and shooting; editing may be outsourced
  • Experience building an employee-advocacy or creator programme from scratch
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent data
  • An active personal presence on LinkedIn with an engaged following
